This is a wonderful post! Good job : ) I think its a great idea to start a group. I read some replies about always being hungry, and right now my appetite wavers from non existent to hear we go!! Has anyone heard about the Hungry girl's diet? You can google it, and see for yourself. I saw this on Dr Oz, and I thought it would be a good start. Very simple. If any of you are like me, the minute you tell me I can't eat something - the more I want it. A member suggested to me to increase the good foods, and crowd out the not so good. I really like that suggestion.
I'm going to be thinking about using my energy for rehab, and I think this would be a great group to start. I have gained and totally frustrated that I can lose and then regain what I lost almost daily. I'm with you in spirit on your running, I'm going to be motivated on just getting back on my feet. Keep in mind we'll have high impact members and low impact members, just anything to improve and then lose some weight.
