Photo sensitivity- a few things to help

My Lupus has causes extreme photo sensitivity to the sun, and to the flourescent lights I work and live under everyday. To help with this I have found various products that help make it less strenuous on my body, and I wanted to share them with you to help. In my house, the windows are covered with blackout curtains (Eclipse Energy-Efficient curtain available at most stores that carry curtains. Even Walmart. Prices vary based on size.) LED lightbulbs (these are a bit at about 20 dollars a bulb). At work to help with the flourescent lighting, I have light covers ( available online only usually through Amazon. They are called classroom light filters and come in a set of 4 for about $24). Then there is the land of outside. I wear Neutrogena Age Shield Face with helioplex broad spectrum SPF 110, for my face and on my body, Neutrogena Ultra Aheer Dry- touch with helioplex broad spectrum SPF 55. I also do not go anywhere without my sleeves. Wether they are just the sleeves, jackets, or shirts. I have found these various places for various prices. My favorite is the Columbia Omni-wick jacket I have. I have children who participate in outdoor sports. To allow me to be able to be out on the sun. For great lengths of time. I have a small portable sun protection shelter purchases from Rarget, and a 12 x 12 Coleman Canopy with ub gaurd UPF 50+ ( About )140. I hope this helps someone else get through their day outside in the world of the sun.
