I'm so happy that this Rituxan is working for you!! :) Is it also helping with the fatigue as well as helping with organ involvement? Help with organ involvement is the most important factor, but I was wondering to what level it extends for you?
I hope that it eventually (if not already) is headed towards giving you a full life!
Love you - Ang

Helloooo!!!... I get IV treatments I called them infusions... my infusions are a medicine called Rituxan its almost like Benlysta. Its such a good medicine for my Lupus and it has help me a lot ...they give it to you in an IV and it takes around Five to six hrs....I usually get tired afterwards and get mild fever and some muscle aches ...but a few weeks later im fine ......I get this treatment four times a year and I been doing it for almost three years ...I still have to take the rest of my meds but I'm feeling way better that how I was before the infusions ...you should think about it and do some research on this meds and ask your Dr which IV he wants you to be on.....I wish you the best and hope you get better ....love DUNNIA ...

I'm meeting with a rep. from Med-pro to get all my duck in order for IVIG infusion. To help build up my immune system. So when I go back to the doctor I will be well educated. Will let everyone what I learn
Hi draginfli yes the rituxan infusion has help me a lot it stop my Lupus from attacking my organs and joints …I haven’t really had a flare up since I started using rituxan …sometimes I might get little fever or tired but I do that to myself. Because I don’t really get enough rest and I still. Be on the sun sometimes …I really try to stay out the sun but its so hard I live on a sunny state so it’s always hot in the summer and sleep I really. Don’t get enough because of my little baby he’s a hand full lol…but I love my kids so much that I don’t mind …but rituxan has work so far… nice chatting with you draginfli …love DUNNIA
I just finished a series of 12 infusions (IV treatments) called Myer's infusions. It's a standard cocktail of vitamins and minerals with adjustments according to whatever the patient needs. This is something my rheumy does for fibro and lupus patients. I have lupus with extreme fatigue. My blood tests in the beginning showed extreme deficiencies in D, B12 and iron. I am back up to normal levels now, but not a huge difference in the fatigue. I am able to be fairly productive from 2pm til about 7pm....weird.
I have b12 jabs and floic acid everyday....not infusions like yourself but regarding the fatigue this is an high level concerning Lupus and your right about it weird allowing you energy levels between those times. xxx
