In a bad flare

I'm here at least. I finally actually spoke to my GI who is a really great doctor, he's going to squeeze me on monday, I have a fairly high tolerance for pain, I think if I've waited this long I can wait a few more days. I'm not vomiting, or running a fever just have some really intense abdominal pain. I am stubborn for good reason, the last few times I've gone to the ER they've been of no help, they simply run tests and send me home, one of those times I had a PE and they had to call me back to come into the hospital, the next it was pancreatitis both times they assumed it was just the lupus sent me home to be seen by my own doctors, however to be fair when I was brought in by EMT for a near fatal GI Bleed they did save my life, but then again it was obvious as to what was happening to me luckily that day they didn't just treat and street me. I have very little trust in ER's unless you are near death and the thing that brings you there is obvious; so I'm going to hang on a little longer. I appreciate all the advice and concern.
