Thanks Ann. Here is a link to another resource. They have a new prescription discount card that can be printed out. Have never seen that before. I will definitely use it next time I get some lidoderm patches.

You can also write to the manufacturer and get an application to fill out and then take to your doctor to sign and then he/she can fax back to them. I have been getting my Cymbalta for free for over a year now and I am on disability.
