I’ve never really been sure “it’s a flare”. Chills, no fever, muscle ache, rash on hairline, rash on lower back I can feel lymph glands in neck, small earache and general soreness.
I’m new at understanding all the crazy things happening to my body but, I will say, I get the same symptoms often! I don’t get an earache but, My ears have a horrible deep itching and my jaw beside my ear swells and hurts? It’s so confusing to know but, I’ve come to reason that, it hasn’t needed an antibiotic yet and anything that decreases inflammation seems to help most of the time so, it must be lupus? lol!
For me “flare” is a relative symptom. I’m in a constant flare controlled by tons a meds. However, various things flare like muscle spasms or joint pain, etc.

THENEWME, SOMETIMES MANY OF US WITH LUPUS, IT
DOES NOT SEEM LIKE LUPUS BUT IT IS. THEY CALLED
IT THE GREAT IMITATOR!!! IT MIMICS ALL DISEASES.
I HAD DORMENT MS BUT, WHEN I WAS IN THE CAR ACCIDENT.
I BECAME OUT OF REMISSION, BROKEN BACK AND I HAD TO
STOP LAW SCHOOL. I REALLY WONDER SOMETIMES, IF IT IS MS,
LUPUS, FIBRO, OR SOMETHING ELSE. WE HAVE A SPECIAL MOUTH
WASH FOR PEOPLE WHO GET OUTBREACKS IN THEIR MOUTH.
I PRAY YOU KNOW, BUT I PRAY MORE FOR ALL OF US WHO
DEAL WITH THE CHALLENGES EVERYDAY!!

I have flares all the time now I’m dealing with a flare on My lips which are embarrassing, another way I flare are with my bones, I be in so much pain that I ask My husband to take Me out of my misery. What’s sad is that I feel like I’m a burden to him he says that I am not that’s why I think this site is good for people like me I need so much help
