Howdy from Katy, Texas USA! I feel for you....I've been flaring all of the time recently. Nothing seems to help except taking pain meds and going to sleep.
I see my rheumy tomorrow and will ask him what we can do since the methotrexate I'm injecting doesn't seem to be working.
My ancestors came from Scotland many years ago. My Mom's side of the family has documented when they came over and one of my Grandmothers didn't want to come to America....she refused to learn English! One of my dreams is to visit Scotland just as soon as I feel well enough to travel. This is a dream of mine.
HUGS AND BLESSINGS to you Linzi..........yes stress and weather are 2 big factors in how I feel too.......it poured the rain here in east Tennessee yesterday and was very cool low 60's.......as a result my hips ached all night........lupus is a PAIN no matter where you live, but we have a good supportive family here :) .............................you hang in there and remember that "this too shall pass" :)

Your country looks beautiful, but I have never visited. With all the Crap going on in the world I probably won't. I have SLE but i am not doing to bad (yet). One day at a time You do what you can-.
