Chair exercises are an option. You can find different ones on YouTube or the Sparkpeople website.

Well anything "strenuous " doesn’t sound like a great idea could cause a serious damage to any existing joint /bone condition you have … that being said being sedintary 24/7 isterrible for arthritic conditions . I have systemic inflammatory arthritis with relapsing polycondritus (inflammatory cartilage disease ) so im almost bone on bone in all of my large joints. I absolutely sympathize with bone pain and would have little quality of life without a fentanyl patch and morphine, honestly id be forced to be in a wheelchair all the time as im been disabled to a walker already at 35 years old. ill exercise every morning with light, medium and heavy resistance bands, the whole routine only takes 15 minutes and i work the entire body. . I don’t even have to get of of my pajamas and half of if i can do in bed lol! This type of exercise is like low impact palities and builds and help tone muscles. it’s really important to have decent muscle to support degenerating joints. talk to your rheumatologist about what option /s will be best for you but im sure there’s many options
