Cytoxan

I get to start cytoxan infusions as soon as I’m discharged from this admission. Anyone ever try it? What should I expect? I’m already on 120mg im depomedrol a day so it’s not like side effects can get worse. I did 4 infusions of rituxan without the desired results. Right now I’m in the ER due to some internal bleeding, a lung infection, degos outbreak, and needing IV steroids every 6 hours and blood transfusions.

Aaaaaand cytoxan. Go!

Hopefully these are the big guns you need to win this battle

Oh I’ll win this battle. I’ll win one way of another. Ain’t nothing gonna hold me down. Oh no! I’m wiggling in a hospital bed singing. If I got my smile and a positive attitude, I’ll never lose this battle. I’ve got too much to fight for. Plus I can’t wait to shave my steroid induced mustache. Thank god I’m single at the moment. Lol.

Good for you Jen! Stay at it and keep positive, it will carry you through. (consider having that mustache waxed or do "sugaring? No 5 o'clock shadow at the end of the day.) BTW, I have to giggle every time I see your avatar, sitting there sideways. Love that you have a sense of humor!

warm hugs, Louise

Sometimes when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. Hence the sideways picture. it’s "no shave November. " Two can play at that gdjyiy
