I'm going to reduce the unnecessary stress in my life. I'm going to start by getting a new job in order to reduce my stress: I will work for/with someone who is a KIND and a team player. I am going to surround myself with people who understand me and care for me the most:) I am going to take moments for myself - reading, writing, singing, and just having quiet time a few minutes here...a few minutes there....going to eliminate the people who are emotional pick-pockets:)
My same wish lm going to retire anf find aparttime job I was awarde ssd and I. Can live on it with a part time also less stress even though im going to miss it a lot been counseling 15 years Iddon’t know how to do anyth I ng else suggestions anyone
I’m going to start personal counseling and try to find the group of medical doctors that are the best fit for me. I’m also going to start working harder on two friendships I have that
I’ve neglected since I’ve been sick. Eat less meat, eat food to nourish my body and try to take short or long walks to rejuvenate my body when I get depressed.
I have lots of things that I'd like to do and things I wish for.
Looking forward to spending time around horses and riding, since they have always had a calming effect on me.
I ordered a custom infrared sauna for detox and to help my immune system. When it comes, I will be using that in hope of some health improvements.
I want to have rugs removed from my house and replaced with all tile so allergens can be cut back to a minimum.
Hoping to get rid of everything in my house that I don't absolutely need or use, really fine tune it this year.
I'm looking forward to driving out into the desert and seeing beautiful scenery..
I'm going to try to spend more time with friends.(those who understand).
I want to go to the zoo.
Find new ways to cook the food that I enjoy and plant more flowers.
Most of all want to focus on God and allow Him to guide me in all that I do, since that's where my strength comes from.

I run my own variety band....talk about stressful. Between musicians schedules (there are 7 in the group) diva syndrome with 5 of the seven, looking for venues to play so I can pay these guys, dancing, singing, looking like we are having a great time..s is in spite of constant pain and meds that kill my voice, grand kids, my kids, a fiance who always looks love deprived and, oh did I mention I'm a nurse. So this year is about doing EVERYTHING that brings me joy, joy, and more joy. In spite of how crappy I feel sometimes. I'm going to see a bunch of doctors to get better control of the body that's been out of control for so long. I'm just getting a possible very likely Lupus diagnosis and for me having a name to this craziness is a blessing. I'm going to learn to listen more to my body and know to recognize disaster before it happens.
This year I plan to hug, kiss, laugh a lot more. This is not a death sentence so I won't treat it as such...I'm going to smile more....check I might even get some teeth this year so I can sing full mouth instead of hiding behind the microphone.

Actually I really enjoyed all these responses - I know I'll be revisiting them to help give me some motivation....thank you for sharing
With the time you are not working - do the things that you haven't had time to do before when you were working full-time - hobbies/interests:) If you're not sure, go to the library and see what you'd like to do or learn more about:)

Hello to ALL in 2014!!!!!!! my wish list / to do , would have Staying STRESS FREE for the whole year - no matter what !!! Spending more time focusing on what really matters- M E , and doing the things that Jehovah - God has in his purpose for me . Doing only what i can ---ONLY what i can . As for anything / person there is no time for crazy drama in 2014 , no response or nothing will be said or thought about not in 2014 . Well thats about it for my list sounds like the usual -right ?
