It seems alot of people who have lupus have pets,I too have a pet dog he is 14 and I love him to death he is so old but pray to God to keep him alive,he has been with me though a divorce,car accident,lupus and loosing my job in January of this year he is so prescious,on a more personal note I have my mom she is so protective of me despite me being in my forties she worries about me doing too much or getting depressed about this disease the side effects is enough,no job I will be living off unemployment in mid june,I basically had to start all over after being employed for 12 years with my former employer.New insurance new start.
Just a thought. Sometimes our friends get frustrated because we can't keep up with them. And, no they don't understand.
