does anyone get tremors? My head shoulders have had tiny tremors all day. i Do have a migraine but don't know what's Going on. I'm on plaquenil topamax tramadol fioricet and lexapro. Any advice? Do i need to call My Dr?

I have tremors. Sometimes head and hands, sometimes all over so badly that its like the way I would shake if I was shivering, but I'm not cold. Doctors haven't figured it out yet. One Dr's guess was that it is when I have hit my limit of strength and become weak and need to rest and recharge.
What a nice name you have by the way! How do you pronounce it? "Tayzra" or "Tezra"?
I'm sorry you have yet another frustrating symptom. I got out of the hospital yesterday and I felt like an alien I had so many symptoms no one could explain. I wrote a small thesis on symptoms that a large percentage of lupus patients have that re not listed in lupus descriptions. My previous Dr. borrowed it and said he'd give it back the next week. He lost it. Made me so mad. Even if he would have published it in a medical journal he would have raised awareness of these symptoms to other doctors.
As Freightliner said, if it concerns you, ask your Dr. He could be smarter than my doctors.
I'm a bit discouraged by the medical system right now. The doctors seem burned out and not so compassionate. Few doctors have the desire to research a symptom they don't know about, not even on the internet. I have had to do the research, then present it tactfully to my Dr. I am so grateful to have a Dr. who likes to learn new things. Many won't even listen and are not wiling to learn something new; or have such big egos that they are insulted that you suggest that they don't know everything. Those are usually the doctors who believe they are like God and you should obey their every word, even when you know some of their advice makes you worse. Some are so frustrated, stuck between what they know the patient needs, but being told by insurance companies that they can't do this or that, to save them money. It's getting worse that way in the USA. I have read about 4 people in 1 week whose doctors dumped them, because the Dr. dropped medicaid patients. That will be more prominent as they move further into Obamacare. I'm in Canada, which is like a scary example of what the USA medical system could become.

Tramadol caused my husband to have neck pain and tremor like things which were painful. You might call pharmacist and have them go over all your drugs and make sure none have that side effect plus that all work well together. Often two do not and than it creates all it own set of problems.
Of course leave message for you doctor. Hopefully your doctor is pulling out his I pad and checking for drug interactions before adding any new ones.

Low blood sugar or high adrenaline (hyperadrenal) and some meds can cause trmors, like siskiyousis said.
Yes I suffer from tremors also the worst being in my neck. I look like a human bobble head!! I would definitely tell doc. I think we should always tell docs everything that is going on no matter how crazy it sounds. In all fairness to the medical community they cannot treat if they don’t have the whole picture. I know there are some docs that are dismissive and do treat you like you are totally nuts but that just means you need a new doc. As for the tremors I have yet to get a definitive cause for them but my doc can see it and she is trying. Good luck!!
