Thank you Beverly. Honesty is my best policy. And i feel like if i am honest abousomething... i can move forward from it...
so i guess i have the horrible task of joining the Gym soon.
I must conquer this feeling of being inadequate.

Yes I can picture myself like at the start of this Lupus stuff!! I can totally relate to you, and that's not even saying it in a bad way or anything, just seeing others do the things that we can't do bothers me at times also. But hay we try to stay sane over this matter -hard at some moments, we find the strength from somewhere to do other things in which we can ,even if it only walking the dog-LOL. Don't get worked up about it cause a Flare , just do what you can and keep it moving....Beverly L.
