just curious if anyone has one. I'm getting one i have a 2&3 year old and am always alone with then. I've had a few migraines where i fall to My knees but what if i black out and nobody knows who to contact about My kids. am i being crazy paranoid

I had these for years bracelets besides the charm SOS around the neck...if your getting the gold plated one they discolour but if you get the one which looks like silver it keeps it's colour and it's great for medical information and if they're took notice of well where you live all the better.
They used to be a major concern here in the UK for helping emergency's until i was rushed in one and found them searching in my bag for my ID, i ripped it from my neck and threw it at them and apparently i was told that they dn't have time to look for those.
What age your children are when you have it, i'd still explain to your children if they're not to young for it to be pointed out, if you ever have a serious occurance.

I don't think you're paranoid at all. I would also put an emergency contact number in your phone and label it as ICE (In Case of Emergency). Sometimes you can also put a note in your cell phone to go along with your ICE contact to list any of your medications or allergies and stuff. I feel like the bracelets are more easily identified than the necklaces if there is an emergency.
