For those that have muscle aches and pains, look into KT tape!
I have horrible neck/shoulder trigger points and when I had the tape on for 5 days, I still had pain, but I could not feel the knots like normal.
Makes you want to put it all over
Jcangel,
I've never tried it but with the performance i've seen of it done...it looks alot for those members who can be in really bad pain at times and can hardly move.
I know i'd pass this one regarding helping me but if it helps you one way or another all the best.
The link i'm adding is about KT Tape and it being applied besides reviews on it.

Terri :)
thanks Terri! the only down side to KT Tape, imo, is that for most of the applications you need another person to do it for you.
Well this is what i was refering to regardiong myself as my hubby does a fare load already now and there's also members on the site doubled with pain and live alone, so they'd be stuck for a start off but otherwise thanks for mentioning it because it may help members who want to try it.
Cheers Terri :)

Terri, my physical therapist put some tape on my shoulder for my rotator-cuff tear. I wonder if this was the same tape. I could only wear it for a day being that it started to itch. I too have cervical, shoulder and lumbar issues and it becomes very painful. Had an injection last Monday from my orthopedic surgeon, (for my shoulder) and this time it really helped. Thanks for all your info!
Hello boo boo,
KT Tape was used on your rotator-cuff tear, this video link shows you.

Well if you started to itch wearing this just after a day then you was carrying an allergy to it...i can only use clear plasters for cuts etc anything else and blisters kick off besides itching and burning, so be careful what you have applied.
I used to have jabs for my pain years back now i just use paracetamol to cover alot of issues and just hope for the best from them.
Your welcome to the info and i hope your not to bad today. :)
Thanks Terri and Tez------Any input is a big help for me because when my shoulder is really flaring my neck starts in too. The epidural I had in my cervical area didn’t help at all last month. Thanks again guys and enjoy the weekend!
Hello boo boo,
I had bad shoulder pain years back and it turned out to be a drapped nerve and i had two injections within two weeks to kill the nerve and been as you have cervical problems and it's spreading into your neck...have you had a full MRI scan to see how your Vertebras are...as i only have two supporting my neck, one in the middle and the other the main one at the bottom of my neck in between the shoulder blades the other's have worn away through the osteoarthritis and regarding my spine that's disfigured from birth and a vertebra is damaged there which causes severe back pain.
I've fractured my cervix twice and now it fills of fluid and causes a spongy affect and sitting worsens it so i'm in the devil of the deep blue sea as there's no help on that score.
Have they said if you have cervical spondylosis or cervical spondylotis, as mines spondylosis and if you eve get headaches from the back of your head that's the pain spreading from your neck into your head :)
Hello again Tez, I do have spondylitis ----it is more advanced at the C6-7 level, with moderate central and moderate to mildly severe bilateral foraminal stenosis. Lots of disk bulging, spurs, and facet arthropathy, etc. My lumbar area is a mess too----plus I’ve had 2 total knee replacements. This shoulder and neck thing really seems to knock the heck out of me. Thanks for replying to my post!

Hi boo boo,
I know how you feel and it sounds like you have Ankylosing spondylitis...which affects the ribs and that becomes serious, i've got the spondylosis affecting my ribs also now....i've looked up on cervical and all i keep getting throwed back at me is cervical spondylosis.
I'm attaching these links if you'd like to read them and what sort of help, helps you.
