Do any of you know if methotrexate treatment will change a positive ANA to negative?
I don’t know if Methotrexate specifically changes the ANA result, but since my first tests where everything was positive, my tests have been pos and neg. The only continued positives I’ve had are ESR and CRP, the non-specific inflammation markers.
